Working Together To Spread Hope and Awareness
We’ve spent a lot of time sharing what Team Suicide Prevention is doing to prepare to get to the starting line for Race Across America on June 19th in Oceanside, California. It’s also important to know that there are other really awesome bike events coming up during the coming weeks and months that are also targeted at raising awareness and spreading hope for some very special causes here in our local community. Please take a moment to check out these events and lend your support as well.

Keep it Movin
A shout out to our friend of Team Suicide Prevention, Osborne Celestain for the work he is doing on the BWS100 Event. The BWS 100 Ride event is influenced by energy of O.W. Gurley, JB Stradford, Lula Williams, and other pioneers, inspired a community to move. This Community Movement resulted in the great history of the Greenwood District also known as Black Wall Street in Tulsa Oklahoma. The humans body is designed to move and BWS 100 hopes to entertain you in that process by adding family fun along with Wellness Education. The millenial term "Keepin it 100" means being authentic. The medical industry's recommended blood sugar is approximately below "100".
Major U.S. cities have identified the need to retro fit their urban and suburban communities with bike trails as the benefits to the human Body are numerous.
Biking is a proven outdoor activity to improve your overall Mental and Physical health numbers. As we all know you never forget how to ride a bike. Team Suicide Prevention would like to thank you for your continued support of our mission to get in the Race Across America to help save lives and spread hope across America during our 3,000 bike race starting just 70 days from today on June 19th in Oceanside, California and finishing in Annapolis, Maryland nine days later. There’s really nothing about this race that will be easy and our team is energized to take on this challenge to race and cross the finish line. The need for suicide awareness and support for our veterans grows more urgent by the day and that’s why we are racing with our hearts and souls.
We ask that you stay safe and be safe.
Thank You
