Clip-In/Saddle-Up for the Tour de Cowtown Bicycle Event - September 18, 2021 Coweta, Ok

Roll on into Coweta, Oklahoma for the Tour de Cowtown bike event which is held on the same day as the Coweta Fall Festival, one of the last small town festivals left in which the community actually shuts down main street and comes together to party with rides, food, parades, bands and pie auctions.

Team Suicide Prevention is proud to work with our friends at Bixby Bicycles, a Grand Champion Sponsor of the event for 2021. We ask you to also check the event website (see link below) for an awesome list of the other sponsors as well. They all have worked diligently to put on an event that everyone can enjoy,

There’s lots of action to be experienced whether you plan to ride the 20 miler, 40 miler, 62 miler, or the amazing 100 miler. When you cross the Tour de Cowtown finish line you will be welcomed by a cheering section, finishing medal and your voice of the Tulsa Oilers, Mike Iles. If you cowboy/cowgirl up and finish the ride you will earn a unique cow bell finishers medal. The first person from the full century to cross the line on ride day will get their name engraved on the amazing and unique Cowtown Cup.

And check this out! New for 2021, a new climbing challenge has been added for the full century riders. This one mile section for the challenge maxes out at 17%. Yep you read that correctly, 17%! It’s the steepest hill they could find. It’s time to get your ROLL on up this climb. The fastest climber will win a men’s and women’s jersey respectively.

If the 100 miler is a stretch for you, no worries as there’s a distance for everyone’s level - 20 mile, 40 mile, 62 mile (metric).
